Brand New The Avengers Trailer and Poster
The Avengers New Trailer
Check out the brand new full-length trailer for the upcoming Marvel superhero film, The Avengers, scheduled for a May release. Now I got goosebumps for the trailer that aired during the Super Bowl, but this outdid it big time! This trailer is a much longer and extended version of the previous trailer from the Super Bowl. I really liked how they showed glimpses of the plot to gather the main heroes together in order to defend against a foreign threat. It was very interesting to see the clips of Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor fighting against each other. It looked like Black Widow was fighting against Hawkeye there too. I think this film will do a great job capturing realistic behaviors by showing the difficulty in creating such a team and how it isn’t always a piece of cake. The inner tension amongst the heroes looks really well done, and will add to the climax of them overcoming their differences for the greater good. The scene with Iron Man taking out all those single ship fighters looks incredible! And then Hulk is there to catch him wow! The end ship that is chasing Iron Man looks like a transformer though, and I still don’t really know who/what the enemy is. If I had to guess, it would be some sort of robotic version of Fing Fang Foom, which I would be okay with. Until more information is released on it or until the actual release of the film, we can only speculate on it. I really can’t wait for this film. It will be the best Marvel film yet. Avengers Assemble!
The Avengers New Poster
Also recently released was a new poster for the film. This one shows the main team in the ruins of a city preparing to fight. It’s similar to a few of the other posters released, but it still looks good. I like everyone’s look except Captain America with his mask on. I’m guessing that’s why they took it off for this poster cause it would have ruined the whole thing.
