In our first outing, we take a close look at Batman: Year One, the Frank Miller / David Mazuchelli piece from the mid-80's. From the brilliant narrative to the stylish, noir-style artwork (which is magnificent, by the way), Batman: Year One redefined Batman for the modern era, and brought us closer to Jim Gordon, too.
